We are a small Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Probate law firm in the Mountain Brook area seeking an administrative assistant to join our team. Prior administrative experience is preferred, but not required. Initial pay would be based on experience but growth opportunities are available. We are looking for someone to work up to 30 hours per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Our office hours are from 8am to 4pm. Dress is casual, and parking is plentiful and free. Job duties would include, but not be limited to, answering phones, drafting / printing / organizing legal documents, learning paralegal tasks, and scheduling appointments. Qualifications:
