Description
Seeking a candidate with experience in complex estate planning (including tax planning and asset protection planning for descendants/beneficiaries, as well as the clients themselves) and trust and estate administration. Must have experience working with high net-worth individuals in the design and drafting of wills and trusts. Experience in negotiating and preparing prenuptial agreements, charitable planning, wealth management, and closely held businesses (including shareholder agreements, LLC company agreements, leases and other business-related documents) preferred.
Requirements
The candidate must have a J.D. degree. An LL.M. degree in Taxation is preferred. Should have 10-15 years of complex estate planning and trust and estate administration experience. Must be a member of The Alabama State Bar.
