Administrative support for attorneys and legal staff

Format, proofread legal documents

File, organize legal documents using document management systems 

Answer phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate person

Schedule appointments, maintain calendars for attorneys

Assist with data entry, maintain accurate client information

Perform general clerical tasks

Requirements

Legal experience, knowledge of legal terminology and procedures

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

Strong attention to detail

Proficient use of document management systems and common office software

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
