Responsibilities:

  • Professional demeanor at all times
  • Perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Format and edit correspondence and pleadings efficiently and quickly
  • Electronic filing of pleadings with federal and state courts
  • Electronic filing of documents
  • Arrange for venues and catering for training, marketing, and other events
  • Coordinate, prepare and distribute monthly electronic publications
  • Create, revise, conduct Zoom, Teams and similar format meetings and webinars
  • Create posts, products, seminars for website and other electronic media

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Proficient in advanced use of Word (using Styles in all documents)
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and other presentation software
  • Ability to prioritize workload
  • Ability to work well with others, as well as motivated to work independently.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and innovative
  • Experience in ProLaw helpful, but not required.
