Do you have experience working at a law firm? If so and you are  an expert with Word and like sharing your knowledge we have a great contract to permanent position.  Our client has an IT Helpdesk team and they provide phone support to their lawyers.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-level support and problem resolution for internal customers.  You should enjoy telephone support as the majority of the position will be just that.  You are expected to enter all work into the ticketing system.  You will use troubleshooting skills on most every call. Ideal candidate will have recent experience working with “live” legal documents.


Word process

Previous helpdesk experience is preferred.

Should possess strong customer service skills and good verbal communications skills.

Should possess strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Should possess good analytical / trouble shooting skills.

The dress code for this position is business casual with jeans allowed on Friday.  The work space is an office shared by the team.  Parking is not free as this is downtown Birmingham.  Plan on walking several blocks from where you park to the work location.
