Project Assistant

Responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and indexing legal documents
  • Maintaining legal files
  • Creating timelines and charts
  • Answering switchboard and greeting guests
  • Preparing files for offsite storage
  • Providing administrative and clerical support to attorneys and support staff as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational and client relations skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members
  • Ability to handle and adjust effectively to competing deadlines and priorities
  • Some lifting required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
