Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must have own transportation. 
  • Answer, screen and direct all phone calls to staff
  • Take messages
  • Open new files
  • Schedule new client appointments, client appointments
  • Calendar upcoming events and deadlines
  • Greet all office guests
  • Collect and sort all mail and packages
  • Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary
  • Performs administrative and clerical support tasks
  • Filing and updating client records
  • Other various duties

Requirements for the ideal candidate include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ideal position for 1L student or someone interested in attending law school
  • Professional demeanor
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to operate scanners, copiers and printers
