Draft briefs, pleadings and motions, cover court hearings and docket calls, interact with clients

Responsibilities:
Cover court hearings and docket call as requested
Engage in trial practice with actual client contact
Operate with ownership of cases assigned to you
Provide excellent client interaction, legal research, and writing skills
Qualifications:
Admitted to practice law in Alabama
Provide legal malpractice insurance and car insurance
Strong research, writing, and client-interaction skills
Written communication skills to edit and proofread documents
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-starter with long-term career goals
Maintain accurate case files, notes, and reports
Ensure deadlines are met and manage caseload in a fast-paced environment
Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, My Case, Adobe Acrobat skills
