Description
Established criminal defense firm in Birmingham, Alabama seeking a criminal defense attorney to serve all counties in the state of Alabama. The position is full-time. Candidate must be proficient in drafting legal documents and pleadings and have courtroom experience in handling criminal cases. Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least one year of litigation experience in criminal defense
- Ability to collectively work a case with a team of associates.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Current member and in good standing with the Alabama State Bar
