The attorney will provide civil legal assistance to domestic violence and crime victims. You must have a love for family law, including child custody and visitation and post-divorce contempt and enforcement, but you won’t be handling divorces. Litigation experience and prior work with victims or low-income communities is preferred but not required. Excellent verbal, written, analytical, problem-solving and computer skills are required. The position is based in the WTLS Jackson office and requires travel within the 17 counties of WTLS’ service area. The successful candidate must be licensed to practice law in Tennessee, eligible for reciprocity, or waiting on bar exam results. Salary DOE.
