Position Description: All general requirements of an associate attorney, including, but not limited to, drafting pleadings, legal research, meeting with clients, court appearances, and preparation for hearings and trials.

Preferred or Required Hiring Criteria:
1. Some prior experience as a legal intern is preferred, but not required
2. All candidates will be required to read and be prepared to discuss the firm’s Core Values prior to their first interview.
3. First interview will be via telephone.
4. All candidates for Associate Attorney position should be able to arrive at work by 8:00 a.m. and/or be able to attend Court in the Greater Birmingham Area by 8:30 a.m.
